All rates include generous breakfast provisions for each morning of your stay and are inclusive of GST.

Please note that a minimum stay of two nights applies for all bookings.
Weekend includes Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday night stays.
Midweek prices are valid for stays where check in is on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and check out by Friday at noon (except for the Xmas and New Year period which is a peak time).
Please enquire directly for special rates for stays over 7 days.

Public Holidays

A three night minimum stay applies for public holiday long weekends (eg Australia Day, Anzac Day, June Queens Birthday holiday) and over the Boxing Day to New Year period (no public holiday surcharge payable).
A four night minimum stay applies for bookings that include Christmas day and the Easter long weekend.

Confirmation Policy

A 50% credit card deposit of the total value of your stay is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Given that The Peak at Mt Kanimbla is a small and intimate retreat, cancellations affect us significantly. If you must cancel, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your intended arrival. Your deposit will be refunded, less a $45 booking fee.
If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit becomes non-refundable. We will make every effort to rebook your chalet, and if we are able to do so, your deposit will refunded, less the $45 booking fee.
If it becomes necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be charged for all the nights booked and any costs already incurred for other activities.

The following packages are available for all bookings made with deposit paid by 31 March 2012. (This also includes bookings made for dates later in 2012).

Pampador Package

Total Indulgence Package

• A one-hour massage for each person in the privacy of your own chalet
• A romantic 3 course, candlelit dinner, made with fresh local produce and slow-cooked to perfection. Delivered and presented in your chalet. (Fri-Sun only)

Action Package

Your package includes:

Gift certificates can be valued from $50 to $1500 and can be redeemed against accommodation at The Peak. You may specify a particular chalet and/or particular dates, or, alternatively leave the date open with 12 months to redeem the certificate. Full payment is required at the time of issue. The actual dollar value can be withheld from the certificate on request.

Need a gift at short notice? We can email a personalised and uniquely numbered gift certificate to you as a PDF file for you to print from your personal computer.

Conditions
All gift certifcates are uniquely numbered and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. They can be transferred to another person with the gift recipient's consent. A reminder is emailed to the gift recipient if the certificate has not been redeemed at 9 and 11 months, however we regret that no extensions can be given past 12 months.

Redemption of gift certificates is subject to availability of the chalets and minimum stay requirements. Forward booking is recommended. Gift certificates will only be issued for accommodation (with breakfast provisions). They are not issued for any other packages. Unused part-values of certificates are re-issued as new certificates with the unused dollar value, to be used within the original 12 month period.

Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances after issue and only to the original purchaser of the gift certificate. Contact The Peak directly for more details and cancellation fees.
